A tunable optoelectronic oscillator (TOEO) with coupled dual-loop (CDL) based on stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) is proposed. In our scheme. the CDL is constructed by cascading a dual-output Mach−Zehnder intensity modulator (DOMZM) and a single output Mach−Zehnder intensity modulator (MZM).
